1. Payment Methods:

The accepted methods of payment at this time are mobile banking and internet banking. This is to ensure the security of funds handled by the client and HK Accessories and to ensure transparency and accountability on all parties.

2. Payment Terms:

The accepted term of payment is 30 days from the date of issue of invoice to the client.

Payments past the due will incur a penalty fee of 20% of the total amount of the original invoice.

Client’s will receive a week’s notice on the final week of the 30 day notice to make payment of the original payment.

3. Late Fees and Penalties:

Clearly outline any late payment fees or penalties for overdue payments. Specify the amount or percentage charged and the circumstances under which they apply.

Overdue payments will incur a 20% penalty fee of the total amount of the original invoice.

Failure of payment within the agreed time may result in loss of business with HK Accessories.

4. Refund Policy:

Refunds are subject to terms and conditions specified in our Refund Policy.

Refunds will only be processed if the below conditions are met :

The item was damaged during shipping or handling of our agents.

The item is unused and returned as it was received in its original package.

It is reported within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued due to customer negligence.

5. Currency and Taxes:

All items are priced in local currency : PNG Kina.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the final cost of the product on display in the product catalog of the website.

Since the payment will be made via a third party service provider using Mobile or Internet Banking, you will reply to the order confirmation email with the receipt or confirmation of payment attached.

Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.

7. Chargebacks:

The process for chargebacks can be lengthy between the payment provider and merchant depending on the payment method used.

At HK Accessories, the accepted payment method is only Mobile and Internet Banking so this will be settled using the normal refund policy guidelines.

9. Cancellation Policy:

All order cancellations should be requested within 24 hours from the time of the purchase and refunds will be facilitated according to the Refund Policy.

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
