Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Port Moresby city limits. Orders outside this area will not be accepted at this time. Here the are the locations we’re able to deliver to currently:

Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery within Port Moresby usually takes 1–3 business days after processing.

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or communicated after order confirmation.

Store Pickup Option

Customers may choose store pickup at checkout.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
• Pickup is available during 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
• Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

• You will receive an order confirmation message/email.
• Our team will contact you to confirm delivery or pickup details.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailability
• No response

The order may be returned, and redelivery fees may apply.
