This policy explains how HK Accessories manages delivery and shipping of orders, cost of shipping and delivery options.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Port Moresby city limits. Orders outside this area will not be accepted at this time. Here the are the locations we’re able to deliver to currently:

Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery within Port Moresby usually takes 1–3 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or public holidays.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees are currently at a flat rate of K25.00 and is calculated at checkout.
• Fees may vary depending on your location, distance and cost of fuel.
• Delivery outside of these zones will be charged additional fees due to distance and can be arranged outside of the normal shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Store Pickup Option

Customers may choose store pickup at checkout.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
• Pickup is available during 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
• Pick up location: Tire Service, Tokarara (Games Village Roundabout)
• Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed:

• You will receive an order confirmation message/email.
• Our team will contact you to confirm delivery or pickup details.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailability
• No response

The order may be returned, and redelivery fees may apply.
